Vegetarian Recipes Vegetable Chilli Serves 6-8 2 Tbsp. olive oil 14 oz. ground beef substitute 1 medium onion, small diced 1/2 green pepper, small diced 1 tsp. RC Roasted Garlic Base 1/4 tsp. oregano 2-3 tsp. chilli powder 1 tsp. cumin 3/4 tsp. RC FlavorMatch Vegetarian Beef Flavored Base 1/4 cup water 2 cups diced tomato 1 cup cooked, drained kidney beans 6 oz. cheddar cheese or cheddar cheese subsitute Directions: Sauté the ground beef substitute with the vegetables and garlic. Add the spices and the RC FlavorMatch Vegetarian Beef Flavored Base. Continue to sauté for a few additional minutes. Add the water, tomato and kidney beans. Adjust the seasoning with additional base. Serve topped with cheddar cheese.
