| lentils, dried, rinsed, sorted | 1 1/4 cups | |
| tomatoes, canned | 1 (28 oz.) | |
| carrots, sliced | 3 | |
| celery, sliced | 2 ribs | |
| green onions, chopped | 1/4 cup | |
| garlic powder | 1/2 teaspoons | |
| oregano, dried | 1/2 teaspoon | |
| ham, cooked, pieces | 1 cup | |
| pork sausage, bulk, cooked, drained | 12 oz. | |
| pepper, ground | 1/8 teaspoon | |

Directions: To Ham Stock, add lentils, tomatoes, carrots, celery, onions and seasonings; bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 30-40 minutes or until lentils and vegetables are tender. Add ham, sausage and parsley. Heat through. Serve
