| leeks, thinly sliced | 6 cups | |

Directions: In separate soup pot, add olive oil. Add all seeds and toast for 2 minutes. Add Ham Stock, leeks, and potatoes. Bring to boil. Simmer until potatoes are tender. Add cabbage and cook 5 minutes until cabbage is limp. Add ham. Heat and serve. |
