| Ham Redibase | 2 teaspoons | Low Sodium Ham Base |
| black or cayenne pepper | 1/4 teaspoon | |
| rice, uncooked, long grain | 1 cup | |

Directions: Combine all ingredients (except rice): ham, pepper, onions, okra, tomatoes, Ham Stock and black or cayenne pepper in a large heavy skillet; bring to a boil. Cover and simmer 10 minutes. Stir in rice and simmer, covered, 20 minutes longer, or until rice is tender. |
