margarine 1 tsp.  
onion, chopped 1/4 cup  
Chicken Redi-Base 2/3 tsp. Turkey or Vegetable Base
butternut squash, peeled, cubed 1 cup  
Granny Smith apple, peeled, cubed 1/2 cup  
water 2/3 cup  
coriander, ground 1/4 tsp.  
pepper 1/8 tsp.  
milk, low-fat 1/4 cup  
     

Directions:
Melt margarine in a saucepan over medium-high heat. Add onion. Saute 2 minutes. Add squash, apple, water, and Redibase. Bring to a boil. Cover; reduce heat. Simmer 20 minutes or until squash is tender. Add squash mixture, coriander, and pepper to food processor or blender. Process until smooth. Return to pan. Stir in milk. Cook 3 minutes or until heated. Serve and enjoy with a neighbor.
