| onion, diced | 1 cup | |
| celery, diced | 1/2 cup | |
| carrots, diced | 1/2 cup | |
| green peppers, diced | 1/4 cup | |
| flour | 4 ounces | |
| Chicken Redibase | 2 Tablespoons | Vegetable, Turkey, Seafood |
| water | 6 cups | |
| cheddar cheese, processed | 3/4 lb. | |
| half & half | 2 cups | |
| beer, dark | 6 ounces | |
| salt & pepper | to taste | |

Directions: Slowly add water while stirring. Stir unti smooth and add choice of Base. Bring to a boil and simmer for 5 minutes. Reduce heat to low and add cheese and cream, mixing well. Heat to a simmer, stirring frequently. When cheese is completely melted, add beer and heat to serving temperature, stirring frequently. Season with Salt and pepper to taste. |
