Directions: In food processor blend cucumber with 1/2 of the Chicken stock until smooth. In medium bowl, combine cucumber mixture, remaining chicken stock, sour cream, lemon juice, garlic powder, pepper and mix well. Chill thoroughly. Garnish with fresh dill. Serve topped with chopped fresh tomato; chopped green onions; chopped green peppers, toasted slivered almonds or toasted croutons.
