Ingredients	Amount	Variations
butter	2 T.	margarine
flour, all purpose	2 t.
milk	1 cup
water	1 cup
Chicken Redi-Base	2 teaspoons	Turkey, Veg or Mushroom Base
garlic, crushed	1 clove	Garlic Base
parsley, dried	1/2 t.
mushrooms, sliced	1/2 cup



Directions: Melt butter in sauce pan. Add mushrooms and garlic to saute until soft. Add flour to form roux. Slowly add water until mixture is well blended. Add Chicken Redi-Base. Add parsley and milk. Stir and serve.
