| stewing Veal, cubes | 2 lbs. | |
| flour, salt & pepper to taste | for dredging | |
| salad oil | 1/4 cup | |
| RC Veal Base | 2 tsp. | RC Beef or Pork Base |
| water | 2 cups | |
| mushrooms, sliced | 1 cup | |
| onions, chopped | 1/4 cup | |
| flour | 1 T. | |
| sour cream | 1 cup | |
| white wine | 1/2 cup | |
| worcestershire sauce | 1 tsp. | |

Directions: Blend water, flour, Veal Base and sour cream in a bowl. Pour over veal and stir to blend. Add wine and Worcestershire sauce; mix well. Cover and bake 1 1/2 to 2 hours at 350° until tender. Stir occasionally. Excellent with curried rice. |
