| stewed tomatoes | 2 cups | |
| corn, frozen | 1 cups | |
| okra, sliced | 1 cup | |
| rice | 1/4 cup | |
| cayenne pepper | 1/8 tsp. | |

Directions: Cook 20 minutes. Let pressure release of it's own accord. Add remaining ingredients. Close cover securely. Place pressure regulator on vent pipe. Cook 0 minutes. This means to cook food only until cook pressure, 15 lbs. is reached, THEN remove cooked from heat and cool. Let pressure drop of its own accord. NOTE: Fresh tomatoes provide chunks, canned tomatoes provide juice. |
