Ingredients Amount Variations
beef, chuck, cut into 1 1/2 inch cubes 1 1/2 lb.s  
Cooking oil 2 T.  
worcestershire sauce 2 t.  
potatoes 2 cups  
dried thyme, crushed 3/4 tsp.  
carrots, 1 inch pieces 1 cup  
onion, wedges 1 medium RC Roasted Onion Base
pepper 1/4 tsp.  
celery, sliced 1/2 cup  
tomatoes, canned 16 oz.  
green beans, frozen 9 oz, pkg.  
water 1 1/2 cups  
Beef Redibase 1 T. RC Pork, Veal, Beef or Lamb Base
Tapioca, quick cooking 1 cup  

Directions:
Cut meat into 1/2 inch cubes. In a large skillet brown meat, half at a time, in hot oil. Drain well.

In crockpot, combine potatoes, carrots, onion, and celery. Add frozen beans, tapioca water, Redibase, worcestershire sauce, thye and pepper.

Stir in browned meat, undrained tomatoes.

Cover; cook on low heat setting for 10-12 hours or on high heat setting for 5-6 hours.
