beef stew meat, 1 inch cubes 2 lb.s  
cooking oil 2 T.  
water 3 cups  
Beef Redibase 1/2 RC Beef, Veal, Lamb or Pork Base
onion, chopped 1 large  
pepper 2 tsp.  
garlic powder 1 1/2 tsp. RC Roasted Garlic Base
rosemary, crushed 1 tsp.  
basil 1 tsp.  
marjoram 1 tsp.  
bay leaves 2 Ground Bay Leaves
tomato paste` 6 oz. can  
potatoes, peeled, cubed 2 cups  
carrots, sliced 2 cups  
green pepper, chopped 1 large  
green beans, frozen 1/10 oz. pkg.  
peas, frozen 1/10 oz. pkg.  
corn, frozen 1/10 oz. pkg.  
mushrooms, fresh, sliced 1/4 lb.  
tomatoes, chopped 3 medium  

Directions:
Brown meat in oil in a Dutch oven. Add water, onion, seasoning, tomato paste and Redibase.

Cover and simmer for 1 1/2 hours or until meat is tender. Stir in potatoes, carrots and green pepper; simmer 30 minutes.

Add additional water if necessary. Stir in remaining ingredients; cover and simmer 20 minutes.
