| celery, sliced | 1/4 cup | |
| cooking oil | 1/4 cup | |
| water | 1 cup | |
| vinegar | 1/4 cup | |
| Worcestershire sauce | 1T. | |
| onion, chopped | 1 large | |
| carrots, sliced | 2 | |

Directions: Brown meat in skillet and remove. Pour simmered sauce into pan drippings of skillet. Place meat in baking dish. Pour sauce over meat. Bake at 325° for about 30 minutes. Garnish with chopped parsley or sprigs, pimento or make a rice ring of 3 cups cooked rice. |
