Mousse Pie
Yield: 1--9 inch pie
Ingredients
1 prepared cookie pie crust
1/4 cup of your choice of RC Mousse
Mix
2/3 cup RC Whipped Topping Mix
1 cup whole milk
1 recipe chocolate cookie crust
Directions:
Prepare cookie crust....FIRST...and cool.
Add milk to bottom of mixing bowl.
Add RC Mousse Mix and RC Whipped Topping.
Using whip attachment, whip slowly until dry ingredients are moist.
Whip on high speed until thick; approximately 2 minutes.
Pour into pie crust or glass dishes.
Chill for 1/2 hour. Serve
Variations:
Add 1 Tbsp. of liquor, such as Kaluha in the RC Chocolate Mousse.
Add 1 Tbsp. instant coffee into the Cappuccino Mix....this adds a very distinctive flavor.
