Mousse Cake Frosting

(Frosting & Filling)
Yield: 5 cups

Ingredients

1 cup RC Whipped Topping Mix
1 cup ice water
4 Tbsp. of your choice of RC Mousse Mix

 

Directions:

Add water to bottom of mixing bowl.

Add RC Whipped Topping Mix and RC Mousse Mix.

Whip on low until dry ingredients are moist.

Whip on high speed for 2-3 minutes until mixture is thick and firm.

Use immediately.

Will hold and not weep at room temperature for hours.

Variations: May substitute milk for water; however, the product must then be refrigerated.
