Chocolate Glaze

Yield: 1 cup

Ingredients

1 cup real chocolate chips

5 T. Prepared Coffee

 

Directions:

Add chocolate and coffee to a sauce pan.

Heat over "very low" heat until chocolate is "half" melted. Stir constantly.

Remove from heat.

Continue to stir until chocolate is melted and smooth.

Pour over the top of the Chocolate Peanut Butter Torte. Tilt pan until glaze is evenly distributed.

Refrigerate for 1 hour.

 

Hint: Do not attempt to just use melted chocolate. If you do, the chocolate will be too hard to cut.

 

Variations:

Add 1/4 tsp. mint extract to glaze while melting.
