Bavarian Parfait
Yield: 4 - 4 oz. servings
Ingredients
1 cup of your choice of RC Bavarian Mix
10 oz. ice water
Directions:
Add water to bottom of mixing bowl.
Add RC Bavarian Mix
Whip on low until dry ingredients are moist.
Whip on high speed for 2-3 minutes until mixture is thick and firm.
Spoon Bavarian prepared mix into glass dishes. Serve
Variations: Layer with choice of fruits, pie fillings or syrups.
Example: Layer lemon pie filling with Lemon Bavarian Mix; layer chocolate sauce or cherries with White Chocolate Bavarian Mix.
