1.Cooking Class....The Number One Question on Everyones Mind...How do I thaw a turkey?
In the refrigerator of course. But then that assumes you remembered to purchase and place that bird in your refrigerator last Tuesday. If that is the case then you need to allow one day of thawing for every four pounds of turkey. Let see, at our house we would have had to start thawing the bird around November 1st. So for those of you sinking in the same boat, your choices are either getting a fresh turkey or what is called the Cold Water Thaw.
